PONI FINDINGS ON KATIE SIMPSON COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION

We act on behalf of the next of kin of Katie Simpson who died after an incident on August 4 2020.

In the initial stages of the investigation police treated her death as a suicide when in fact she had been raped and killed by Jonathan Creswell.

Katie’s family lodged a number of complaints over PSNI failure to treat the case as a murder investigation at a much earlier stage.

PONI will deliver their Findings into those complaints at the offices of KRW  LAW on Tuesday morning 12 November 2024

The family will  give their views on the Findings to media on 12 November 2024 at 1200pm
