As the closing date for the Redress Scheme approaches, KRW Law are urging all eligible individuals to submit their application as soon as possible.

The final date to submit applications for the Historical Institutional Abuse Redress scheme is 2nd April 2025. We strongly urge all eligible individuals who have not yet applied to take immediate action to ensure their applications are submitted before this deadline.

In light of this, we will no longer be accepting new applicants after the 14th February 2025.

This cut-off date is necessary to allow our dedicated team sufficient time to provide the highest level of support and ensure all applications are thoroughly prepared and submitted on time. We would advise any applicant that the current time to prepare an application and have it considered by the Redress Board is approximately four months and applicants are required to have their application submitted for consideration before the 2nd April deadline.
