We successfully represented several defendants in criminal proceedings brought collaboratively by HMRC officers supported by the PSNI. The investigation, code named Operation Concentric, was the largest operation and investigation into suspected or alleged Tax Fraud by HMRC and Police to date. The case alleged a suspected £15m money-laundering, income tax and VAT fraud linked to the local building industry.
