Dana to appeal High Court Ruling
KRW Law, on behalf of Dana, confirms she has instructed to appeal a ruling made in the High court in Dublin dismissing one of her defamation actions.
Dana said
“A number of years of litigation, in often complex and sensitive matters, has imbued me with a resolve to always see things through to the very end. I have every confidence that the court of Appeal will look at this with a fresh set of eyes.”
Her Solicitor Kevin Winters added
“As is often the case in rulings, it is not unusual to see the court of Appeal intervene. To that end we’ve been instructed by Dana to appeal today’s judgement together with any cost rulings made. “
